The Riad is beautiful and wonderfully located just inside the Medina. The terraces offer amazing views. The staff from front desk to servers were friendly and welcoming. In particular the 2 front desk operators Sukaina abd Reolia ( forgive if spelling us wrong). Awa was a kind, beautiful and gentle server. We had a great driving and walking tour guided by Lina who was so knowledgeable. Every bell person, server in the Riad was great. Just a marvelous experience. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good location to stay while being in Tangier.

We appreciated the history behind the hotel, the unbeatable location, the rich Moroccan style decorations, and the friendly staff. The bedroom was comfortable and air-conditioned.
The bathroom is tired and the shower cubicle is not watertight. After a shower, the floor was flooded. The breakfast was very simple and not much to choose from. If you could provide freshly cooked Omelettes and fried eggs which are not too costly, that would be great.

Location and tropical Marocain style.
Reception crew and female, probably the owner unfriendly unhelpful and even arrogant.
Very noisy on the street until late night.
We had a dinner on the rooftop restaurant and the food was very poor.
