The top floor has a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. Easily sleeps 4. Dining table. Kitchen with many utensils, pots, fridge, stove, microwave. There is a nice walk-out to an outside pad.
The A/C was not working. Did troubleshooting with property management and although they couldn’t fix it that night, I opened the water drain in the back and put a pot under it to catch the water and the AC unit was able to work all night.

Location. I wanted a one night accommodations due to attending the White Feast in Ponta Delgada.
It extremely hot and humid. Due to street noise I had to clothe window to block the sound. No air conditioning. Only a fan which did not help much or at all actually. There was a strong sulfur/sewage odor coming from the bathroom which is a shared bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
