There is so much to love about this property - spacious, very clean, well decorated and stunning views. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay in Amiens with excellent kitchen facilities.

As an artist it was an honor for me to stay in such a historical building right in the heart of Amiens. The view from every window is wonderful and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset each morning and evening. Exceptionally clean with a tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen, the apartment was perfect. Maria was very kind, helpful and met us when we arrived. She escorted my husband and our car to the carpark. Shops and restaurants of all kinds are available within a short walking distance of the front door. It was also nice to talk with others and to mention that we are staying in the Tour Perret on the 19th floor! People were always curious and impressed. There is no better way to experience this highly recommended tourist attraction than to stay in Le 369 Tour Perret!

Fantastic location and views. Apartment was excellently equipped with surround stereo and kitchen utensils and host provided complimentary tea, coffee and joiuce etc. Host also sorted out cheap, secure parking.

Standard of amenities were first class, the host Maria was a joy, the apartment was perfectly positioned for our stay in Amiens.

excellent apartment, fantastic views - lovely host - right in the centre

Maria, the owner, was incredibly helpful, meeting us when we arrived with the keys to guide us to the nearby car park and show us round the apartment. The apartment had excellent views over the city from every room. It is very well equipped, with every kitchen appliance you can think of as well as tea, coffee, milk, juice, sugar and herbs for cooking as well as a few cakes from the local boulangerie. The apartment is very spacious, with a large dining and sitting room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and two separate toilets. Parking cost 12 Euros for 4 days. Maria provides a large selection of leaflets and books about the local area including many tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here if we return to Amiens and fully recommend this property.
We were there in the middle of summer and the rooms were quite hot. Although we could open the balcony doors, we were woken by birds in the middle of the night.

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. Lots of extra touches at the apartment which we really appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Amazing views. Would definitely return.

Maria was just wonderful. She was prompt for check-in and check-out, and she communicated with us via WhatsApp, which was convenient. She sent messages on special events for us while we were there, so we did not miss anything. She helped with our luggage, parking, shopping and eating suggestions, and so much more. the tower is one of the landmarks and places to visit in Amiens. So, staying here is very special. I highly recommend it!!
Nothing to mention, really. We were a little confused on the parking and drop-off procedure when we arrived, but that was really my fault for not checking before arrival. I meant to do that, but was too caught up in our vacation in Caen right before arriving in Amiens. So... nothing on the fault of the property - just my lack of preparation.
