La vidéo d'explication était très claire et nous a permis de ne pas perdre de temps à trouver les clés ou le garage. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les différents lieux de visite que nous avions sélectionnés.
Le billard nous a permis de passer une excellente soirée.
Le manque de place devant le logement pour charger et décharger les bagages.

The room was very spacious and had good facilities for the short stay we had there, and was in a great location for the train station. We would stay there again.
Arranging collection of the keys was a nightmare. It states in the welcome pack to message a specific person on certain days, and a different person on the other days. I messaged the correct person and was told they were not at work that day. They did not help at all. I then messaged through Booking and got a response to refer to the welcome pack. I explained the welcome pack didn't help because it needed a further £300 deposit, and the website to pay the deposit didn't work either so the key access information wasn't available until the deposit was paid. Eventually the person at Booking unlocked the web page to allow me to find out how to access the keys, but this took some time and delayed us accessing the apartment.
