The air conditioning in the main bedroom is quite noisy when it turns back on during the night, to the point that it woke me up. I ended up having to switch it off in order to sleep. It is also located directly above the head of the bed, so the cold air blows straight onto you.
The lack of an elevator was clearly stated in the listing, so no issue at all on that point.
However, the downstairs neighbor can be rather uncomfortable to deal with. He complained about noise even though I was alone for the entire stay, went to bed early, and did not use either the TV or a tablet. I am also very slim and was simply walking normally on the wooden floor, so I was making virtually no noise. This makes me think that other guests, especially heavier ones or families with children, might receive similar complaints.

La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente du début à la fin. Appartement très propre et qui contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 adolescents. Quartier fort sympathique, près du métro et à distance de marche des sites à visiter. En face d'une épicerie et plein de bons petits restos sur la rue. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Location was perfect, central to major attractions and a supermarket right outside the door with bars and restaurants just down the road. Apartment was brilliant, soft sheets and towels, well equipped kitchen, good WiFi and aircon in all the rooms. Beautifully decorated with lots of practical touches like books to read and board games to play. Our host was very responsive with clear communication throughout our stay. One of the best apartments I've stayed in.
Nothing. For our family of 3 adults this apartment was ideal.

Wszystko było nadzwyczajne! Mieliśmy wszystko, o czym mogliśmy tylko pomyśleć - kompletnie wyposażoną kuchnię z ekspresem do kawy, środki do prania (a to nie jest częste nawet, jeśli na wyposażeniu jest pralka), duży salon, dwie sypialnie, wygodną łazienkę - wszystko urządzone z gustem i smakiem, mały balkonik ze stolikiem i krzesłem na małą poranną kawę, klimatyzację w każdym pokoju, dwa komplety kluczy, komplet informacji o apartamencie łącznie ze skróconymi instrukcjami obsługi urządzeń oraz, uwaga, nawet łyżkę do butów!!! I wiele więcej - jestem gotowy się założyć, że o czym nie pomyślisz, było 😀 Nuno jest niesamowity - kontakt szybki, kompletne odpowiedzi bez lania wody, dwa kontakty w czasie pobytu i gotowość do pomocy w razie potrzeby. Brawo Nuno - dziękujemy‼️❤️ Lizbona piękna - na pewno wrócimy 🤭
Apartament jest na czwartym piętrze bez windy z dość wąskimi schodami - dla osób starszych albo z ograniczeniami ruchowymi to może być wyzwanie.
