Excellent location close to 2 malls . Classic quality rooms . Gym.

Great location, spacious rooms, good cleaning.

Customer service a bit hit and miss. Asked for laundry pick up in the room. They totally forgot about it. Breakfast buffet is a bit sad and gets quite messy. I went out at the mall del sol, a couple of nice places there.

Great location if you are a tourist, hoping to be somewhere pretty central and close to the main shopping areas. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. There are three bars/restaurants within the same building.

They were very annoying with their check-in process. I reserved the room through Booking, put in my card details and received the confirmation email, so I thought everything was done and paid for. However, the following day, I received a message from Dazzler, telling me to make the payment on another platform, so I had to go through the whole process again. Of course, the price had gone up from what it was the day before. After that, they pestered me non-stop on WhatsApp. It felt like I was working for them: * They wanted a screenshot of my payment confirmation. * They wanted my Paraguayan ID card number, so they could prepare an official bill (factura) for me. I didn't want a factura, so I declined that. * They asked me what time I would be coming, despite having answered this already. * They told me to complete a pre-check-in process (to speed things along on my arrival, apparently). I clicked the link and started doing it, but I found the questions to be very invasive (they wanted national ID card number again, my address, my licence plate number). When I got to the second page and saw they wanted a photo of myself to confirm my identity, I closed my browser. This is not to speed things along; this is clearly to gather data. The pre-check-in made no difference anyway. I arrived, checked in normally and got my key within a minute. * At 7am on the day I was leaving, I was awoken by another message from them, asking me when I would be leaving and if I could complete their pre-check-out process. I had never heard of such nonsense, so I just ignored it and checked out normally. Again, it made no difference; I was done in 20 seconds. Other letdowns: * Charging guests for parking. * Having to use your keycard to use the lift. * Only one glass and mug in a king-sized room. * No drawers on the bedside tables. * I went to the rooftop bar back in 2019, when it was the hot place to be in Asuncion. It feels kind of stuck in 2019 now.
