BEST SERVICE STAFF SO GOOD

Very clean. Towels changed daily. Quiet nights with earplugs and AC on. It can be noisy at times, depending on how guests behave as all floors are connected due to the open architecture. Very friendly and guest oriented staff. Excellent variety at the breakfast buffet. But it's quite loud there due to different rude guests using their mobile phone speakers in a very loud volume to listen to audio messages, videos, etc. - often at the same time. Decent gym, when guests don't take the dumbbells to their rooms. Excellent location. Walking distance from Paseo la Galería and Shopping Centre del Sol. Short ride to the airport. The sauna was very clean but no proper resting place available, just a small block to sit on. Also a small piece of the milky window foil came off in the sauna shower which means that it can be used as a "peephole" from anyone that's on the balcony. Systemic security issues: 1) Anyone from outside can access all floors with the elevator. 2) No spyhole in door nor bar/chain. So there is no way to check who is outside the door. 3) Staff entered the room in spite of it being locked as they can not tell if it's locked until they opened it. This was unpleasant for everyone involved. The only thing keeping staff out is the "do not disturb" cardboard notice outside the door. I might consider staying again in spite of these issues. But I'd try other places first. Hope these issues get addressed and guests/people learn to be mindful of others again.

It was a clean, spacious room (upgrade). Services were fine. Would be good to have some space for clothes other than hangers, no drawers available.

We had an early 5am flight and they delivered our breakfast to our room the night before.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, good location, friendly staff. One Wednesday night, there was a party directly next to the hotel with very loud music almost until 3:00 am at night. So it was nearly impossible to sleep.

The property is starting to be a bit run down. The sofa and coffee table in our room was terrible. The are so low to the floor one would think they were in Japan. The king bed was very comfortable. There was no micro or coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very good.

Nice large hotel with a great breakfast in the morning. Large spacious rooms. Easy to walk to shopping and dinner choices.

The property is not well maintained. Rooms and dated and the overall quality of the hotel is less than average.

Let me start with the pros about this hotel. It is in a very good and secure location near restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a nice swimming pool on the top floor and a fairly well-equipped gym as well. There is a spa where you can get a good massage for a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant, Tacuare’e, serves excellent food and the service is top notch. The breakfasts have a fairly good selection of food, but it literally never changes. It is the same thing every day. It would have been nice to have a change since we were there for three weeks. The coffee is awful and you are charged extra for cappuccino, etc. Now let me talk a little about some of the cons. This is what I would call a minimalist hotel and I really should write minimalist in capital letters. The lobby is plain and boring and the rest of the hotel follows its example. The walls are white and literally devoid of any color or decorations of any kind – no pictures, nothing. That goes for the rooms as well. There is nowhere comfortable to sit in the lobby either. They have what looks like oversized mattresses that rest on the floor and are up against the wall, but there are no back rests. They look cheap and believe me, they are uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the rooms have very little in the way of furniture – a small desk with a chair and another chair that is not only hard, but extremely

Good. Free Sauna, wifi, breakfast, Great view at rooftop pool, etc. And there was a blackout once in the building, but the backup generator worked well within a minute(maybe 30 seconds).

Great breakfast, nice lobby and the city view was wonderful (my room was located at 13th floor). Sadly during my visit the hotel received 10 football young women delegations. It was a mess. This young people thought that it was a graduation travel. The walls between each room are very thin, so 3:00 am I was listening reagetton aloud, all day long people yelling. In many times people by mistake knocked my door aggressively. My experience in this hotel was terrible. Next time I will take other options.

Close to shops and restaurants

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion del lugar. La habitacion fue comoda y espaciosa. El gym esta muuy bien para ejercitarse y el area de piscina es muy bonita. Las toallas del baño eran viejas y no eran comodas. El desayuno no tenia mucha variedad, todos los dias servian lo mismo. Cada vez que llegaba al hotel tenia que ir a recepcion para que me activaran la llave de la habitacion. El personal del hotel en general fue muy amable.
