Es hat Spaß gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und immer gut aufgefüllt. Auf Wunsch werden zusätzlich Spiegeleier frisch zubereitet. Außer: siehe "nicht gefallen". Wir hatten eine Suite, die aus zwei Einzelzimmern besteht und somit zwei Bäder hat. Ein Zimmer ist als Wohnzimmer eingerichtet, das andere als Schlafzimmer. Sehr komfortabel! Die King-Size-Betten sind super breit, bequem und mit guter Bettwäsche bestückt. Suiten liegen zudem in den obersten Wohngeschossen (hier: 14. Stock) mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Stadt und zudem natürlich viel weniger Straßenlärm als in den Geschossen weiter unten. Die beiden Klimaanlagen funktionierten tadellos, außer: siehe "nicht gefallen". Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gemütlich, das Essen lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam!

Das Frühstück war lecker, aber in den 11 Tagen immer identisch das Gleiche! Etwas Abwechslung wäre schon schön! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos, hat jedoch keine Automatik, sondern nur fest auszuwählende Gebläsestufen, d.h. sie läuft immer auf der einen ausgewählten Stufe, auch wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist. Zudem ist sie auch auf der kleinsten Stufe noch immer sehr laut und stört beim Schlafen. Die Zimmer wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf manchen Flächen bildete sich während unserer Anwesenheit eine "schöne" Staubschicht.

Very good hotel, with nice views over the city, at great price, and helpful staff.

Modern, underground parking free, central to good city areas, rooftop pool, very helpful front desk staff, great value for money. Nice views over the city.

Hotel comodo.

La ubicacion es buena. Limpieza y en general buenas instalciones y habitacion. El desayuno era abundante y rico. El personal es impecable muy amables y siempre dispuestos.

Viaje x negocios y ocio. No tenia un lugar tranquilo para trabajar unos minutos. En las habitaciones no hay un escritorio debes ir al loby o a un estar ruidoso. La señal wifi era mala mas del 80% de mi estadia no pude usarlo.

Excelente HOTEL, para ir y repetir.

La vista desde el piso alto, el buen aire acondicionado, la calidad del wifi, el gimnasio con buen equipamiento y la piscina con mirada al infinito.

La entrada, nadie ayuda con las maletas, se podría ser mas acogedor. El baño no estaba IMPECABLE. Y en general esas VEREDAS, son una TORTURA venir del SHOPPING al hotel, da MIEDO.

Sehr gutes Hotel - Top Lage - toller Pool - tolle Zimmer

Ich schätze den Service, die Lage, die Zimmer im Esplendor. Ich nutze das Hotel bei jedem Aufenthalt in Asuncion und freue mich schon immer drauf. Zimmer sind klasse, Bett ist wunderbar, ich liebe den Pool auf dem Dach, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung, danke!

Que era Pet friendly, el desayuno super completo, el staff muy amable, cerca de restaurantes, shopping, el restaurante con muy buenas opciones

El armario era muy pequeño para dos personas si te quedas por 1 semana o más y teníamos que dejar nuestras ropas en la maleta

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca del aeropuerto y también del paseo la galería y shopping del sol. El desayuno fue muy muy bueno. La cama súper cómoda. La ducha con mucha presión, espectacular

Okay for a short stay, but I would probably go somewhere else next time.

The staff was great and tried to accommodate us every way they could. We really appreciated them. The elevators were really fast, and we didn't have to wait long for one. The size of the room was also very good. There was a toilet and a bidet in the bathroom, even though I did not use the bidet, it would be nice for someone if they wanted one. Check in was smooth and check out was just as smooth. I needed some papers printed, and they did it very quickly and were very nice about it. I think the big winner here is the STAFF. They earned this title. While we were in Asuncion, we felt very comfortable and we talked about coming back. It's the people that make all the difference. We had a tour of Asuncion and our tour guide spoke very good English and was extremely knowledgeable. The hotel did recommend the tour company and we were very pleased with them.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good, but in winter, there was no heat and it was too cold. We ordered what we thought was soup and it was like corn bread. The bed was fine, but the bedside "table" was attached to the bed and about 12" lower than the bed. It was very difficult to use and turn off an alarm, or to reach for something. It is just NOT a good design. I had to get up out of bed to reach it. Also the bathroom sink is a terrible design. It's like a slide going downhill from the counter top to the drain. I you dropped anything that might roll, it would roll all the way to the drain. They could have put in a regular sink and extended the counter top to accommodate the guests bath items and personal items. There was very little room on the bath counter top and no shelves, even though there was plenty of room to add them. The "rain" shower was a bad for me. I do not wash my hair everyday. I had to splash water on myself or bend over to keep the water out of my hair. PLEASE, if you put in a "rain" shower, also put in an optional moveable hose to shower with. The electrical outlets were "worn out" and would not keep our items plugged in. They would just fall out. We had to brace something against them to hold them in. The breakfast was very good, but at the time to end, everything stopped sharply. It felt like we were told we should leave NOW. Also, the first morning we got to breakfast an hour before closing and ask for bacon since it was empty. They said there would be no more bacon and didn't refill it. The food was cold by the time we got it to our table, unless we used the "sandwich maker" which kept it fairly warm.

Nice rooms, decent location, some rooms quieter than others. Friendly staff.

Nice rooms, but I was given one towards the main road, which is extremely noisy. After complaining I was given one the next day. I asked especially for a quiet room on day one, I wonder why they couldn't have just given me one. Attention to detail would have been appreciated. Staff overall was very friendly.

Breakfast was average and I was told there was an extra charge for espresso coffee..

Wonderful place to stay

Almost perfect. The personal is very friendly and professional, rooms are clean, pool, gym on 15th flore with a wonderful view, localisation near to shopping mall - I highly recommend this hotel for people who value quality. Thanks a lot!

Sauna didn't work , so we couldn't use it and the breakfast can have a little bit more hot dishes to serve .
