Location and amenities
AC unit was broken, the fixed it the second day. Checkin took around 25mins we needed to wait for the bedroom to be ready even though we checked in at 6pm and we gave advance notice of our arrival time when booked.

Nice rooms, but I was given one towards the main road, which is extremely noisy. After complaining I was given one the next day. I asked especially for a quiet room on day one, I wonder why they couldn't have just given me one. Attention to detail would have been appreciated. Staff overall was very friendly.
Breakfast was average and I was told there was an extra charge for espresso coffee..
