Super helpful, spacious rooms, warm pool, delicious restaurants.
Some problems with room access keys ( a few times ) but always sorted promptly.

The location and restaurant superb
The apartment, very uncomfortable in all areas . No fans on veranda , couldn’t sit outside at all .
We have stayed in a few and this one was least favorite

This was a peaceful oasis in an otherwise very buzzing city. Parents and kids enjoyed it equally!
I liked everything but particularly the overall environment.

Reception staff, cleaning staff, taxi team and Tamarind restaurant staff were outstanding they made us enjoy our stay and helped us navigate Mombasa. Tamarind staff on Christmas day and on the 27th were absolutely brilliant, great customer service, helpful, efficient and super friendly. Taxi staff were knowledgeable and friendly making our rides to and from airport and town so pleasant. Rooms were super clean and airy with all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay and the internet was speedy and available through. Some of the Harbour restaurant staff/service were also good and attentive. Food was also good at the Harbour especially the breakfast.
There was a night at the Harbour restaurant where two staff (men) were brawling and others were trying to stop the arguing by stepping between them we thought it would end up in a fist fight , anyway the shift leader/manager apologised. On the 25th evening the older pool man (older gent) took 45 minutes to bring towels to us and seemed unhappy with us asking for drinks and was super focused on another family, his team member on the other had was super efficient and v helpful so the service throughout our stay was hit and miss, some days it was great and other days it was awful so that let the team down quite a bit. They key also kept deactivating and in one of the rooms it was every day for the 4 nights, they kept asking if we had a phone near the key which was interesting but reception staff were ok in replacing it so maybe something needs to be done about it.
