NEWER business traveler hotel, though tourists will also enjoy. Not a resort hotel, no leisure facilities. Hotel is very conveniently and centrally located in CBD close to all major tourist spots and corporate/business district. Front Desk happy to arrange Tour Guides. Discerning guests will enjoy and appreciate. Staff team are incredible and make this place shine, everyone friendly, welcoming, smart, efficient and on task. Property is 2.5/3 star but some aspects are 4 star, some 1 star. Management team are aware of shortfalls and addressing. Ensuite rooms - well equipped and efficient, good AC, orthopedic beds and memory foam pillows (on request). Restaurant - excellent buffet breakfast and any other meals very tasty. Crisp, clean, fresh decor and furnishings throughout property. All department managers from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Relations on hand to deal with any issues immediately. Gen Mgr is hands on, very visible and attentive. Very impressive team work throughout hotel - happy staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Stayed for 2 nights, team of welcoming and helpful staff throughout, very good breakfast, clean room with aircon, quiet area but close enough to reach other places. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
