I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sapphire. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities throughout. The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities.
As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. There were no bugs or bed bugs, and the hotel was maintained to a standard that reminded me of a Marriott hotel. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming.
Hotel Sapphire truly felt like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa and needing to stay in town.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Sapphire and truly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the location and breath-taking view of Mombasa town, which added a special touch to my visit. Waking up to the beautiful city scenery and enjoying the views from the room was a memorable part of my stay.
The room provided a peaceful and comfortable environment, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after a busy day. The attention to cleanliness, comfort, and detail was exceptional.
The hotel’s spa was another highlight of my stay. It provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with excellent treatments and professional service that helped me unwind and rejuvenate. The spa experience complemented the overall comfort of the hotel and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with genuine kindness and professionalism. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help with any request made me feel valued and well cared for throughout my stay.
