The host was incredibly friendly and made us food in the restaurant even though it was past lunchtime. We had a nice room with a very nice balcony and a view to the pool

Very quiet place, with a small outside pool and inside SPA area with steam room and sauna. Plenty of parking beside the building. Really close to convenience stores and a short drive to Kovachevitsa village, which is a must-visit if staying there. Restaurants in the area offer big portions and are ok priced.
SPA area did not have relax zone. Naturally after sauna it is nice to sit somewhere, but this area did not have that. Perhaps one could go to use the common area as rest area after sauna, which was one flight of stairs away to not too far. Since we were the only ones in the house breakfast was made to order, so I cannot comment on that. Room that we staied in was in need of slight renovations as the floor had started to raise and chip and the wall paint had risen on the wall of the bathroom perhaps due to poor hydro insulation. Was not very clean, room had more furniture than it could hold. Little space to move or put things.

If I could, I would give the hotel 12 stars - especially the host. Zeynep went out of her way to make the stay comfortable. Although the season was already over, she kept the saunas and heated outdoor pool open around the clock to accommodate our late night wishes. Zeynep not only recommended an outstanding seafood restaurant and reserved a table - when we finished our delicious meal, the waiter came with a huge plate of desserts and told us it was a present from Zeynep. The breakfast at the hotel was also very tasty. We will definitely come back!
