Exceptional

The hotel is located at the central of the city. The stuff were very nice and friendly. It included a variety of tasty breakfast meals. The room is big and comfy. I would surely recommand it :)

The bathroom was a little bit uncomfy as the water flooded from the bath area to the other surfeces.

The best time in Bulgaria

The hotel was like in image, the staff were very friendly towards us and we liked it! The rooms where so clean and large, at this price it was the best experience on a budget. The breakfast was very filling and we loved it

It is ok for the money.

Location is really close to the centre and pedestrian street. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The apartment was not cleaned well. There was dirt and dogs trails on the floor. Also dogs hair and leftover food. Dust on the furniture.

Decent place to stay in but with a couple of issues

+ Host was very nice & friendly, helpful whenever we needed something + Rest of the staff was nice as well + Room was big enough + Bathroom was decent + Flat screen TV to which I could connect my Xiaomi TV Stick ( for Netflix ) + A small balcony which comes in handy for those who smoke + Bed was comfortable ( which is a big plus for me ) + Very close to a hypermarket ( LIDL )

- We has room Venice 2. There's Venice 1, 2 and 3. Unfortunately we had no idea that these 3 are all part of an apartment. Another group of guests occupied Venice 1 a few hours after us. When they first came me & my girlfriend were sleeping & we forgot to close the door, these guests entered our room even though is was written "Venice 2" on the door, didn't even apologize for it ( then or later ) which we found very rude. And yes I know this episode isn't the property's fault but I had to mention it because those people woke us up while we where resting which ultimately ended up slightly altering our whole experience. - Same group of guests were very noisy and somehow ( I'm still wondering how ! ) we could hear them so loud that at some point, especially when a man was speaking, it literally sounded like he was in the same room with us. So the room is not soundproof at all. For almost half of our stay we were really bothered by all the noise this other group made. Room would be super nice if not for this inconvenience. - Other couple had only 1 complaint about their room, which was that it wasn't as clean as they're used to. Keep in mind they're traveling a lot so they saw hundreds of rooms in dozens of cities. I could go into details about what exactly didn't meet their expectations, however I feel like it would be too much. Please do keep in mind that overall this is a positive review, there were only a few setbacks but I wanted to describe them fully.

The hotel was very nice, the lady tending to us was very kind and helpful. Breakfast - a choice of 3 menus - was delicious.

Overall, our experience was nice but we do not think it is worth the money.

Nice location near the city center. Comfortable beds and a fridge in one of the rooms we reserved.

The air conditioning was working really slow.

Happy surprise

Clean, comfortable and very nice interior. We had two rooms, the other one's bathroom was extremely small so nobody used it. Otherwise very happy. Good breakfast.

Staff spoke very limited English.

the shower was on top of the sink and the whole bathroom becomes wet.

Very good

The location was perfect. The hotel is located in the center of the city. The staff was so helpful. The room was nice. I would advise to everyone to stay in this hotel if they are planning to go to Ruse.

There was no buffet breakfast. It was continental. I didn't like it.

Let's start with the fact that there is no connection between what is advertised in the booking and the room itself. It is written that there is a seating area but there is not. It is written that the room is 25 square meters but there is maybe 16 and that too barely. The sheet was too small and the mattress was exposed every time. The price included breakfast, poor, not tasty and stingy. Hotel, during the three days of my stay, did not clean the room and did not even evacuate the only tiny trash can that was in the room. Hotels, and there is no relationship between price and value.

They were nice, they waited for us until 2:30am when we arrived. The location is great and the room was nice!

The room was very nice - the bed comfortable and the terrace was very useful.

The shower. Very weird and over the sink.
