Покрива очакванията ми

Често отсядам в този хотел и досега не съм се разочаровал. Надявам се и за напред да е така. Обокновенно има място за паркиране, близко е до центъра и е тихо и спокойно. Пътувам по работа и хотела е много подходящ за тази цел.

Great hotel, for sure will visit again.

Location, the rooms, staff.

The only thing I consider needs improvement is the breakfast. It seemed they were short staffed, no one was checking that the cups are finished or plates were finished, and not they were not replacing any food that was finished.

Най-аристократичният хотел

Апартамента,в който отсядам за втори път има огромна тераса, гледка към едни от най-красивите старинни архитектурни шедьоври (сгради) в Русе , както и гледка към Дунав. Самият апартамент (а и предполагам целия хотел) е с високи тавани и качествени дървени мебели, тапети, лампиони,и т.н. ,което допринася за това да е сигурно най-аристократичния хотел в Русе, а защо не и в България. Матраците са много качествени, и има мрежи против комари, които са двете най-важни неща за комфорта в един хотел. Закуската е прилична, а ние я взехме на терасата, и закусвахме с гледка към Дунав. Препоръчвам хотела.

За съжаление хотела няма много тераси, и тъй като аз лично чувствам клаустрофобия когато няма тераса, препоръчвам да проверите дали и вашата стая ще има тераса.

Very good

The hotel is right next to the danube river, which makes going out for a chill evening convenient. The hotel room was huge! We served dinner which exceeded our expectations.

The contiental breakfast was quite dull.

Very good

The location, the size room was good, having 2 separate beds that we united so the baby can sleep with us. Soundproof room and free parking in front of the hotel

The receptionist was missing at 18.00 afternoon for more than 30 minutes. We were waiting with an infant. Did not even apologize or reply to our hello. Rude, unprofessional and sad!

Location was very good.

Even it was a budget room, it was at a corner of the hotel, almost the attic. The view was very bad. It was a very small window.

Pleasant

The hotel is very well placed, right at the end of a direct street towards the town centre. The room was cosy and clean, and the view was nice, albeit slightly covered.

The room felt cramped due to its placement in the attic. Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. There was a parking lot, and we found a spot quite easily.

A very nice place for a city trip

The hotel occupies an old building with a pretty facade and high ceilings, lovingly restored to its former beauty. I liked the stylish furniture in the lobby, the restaurant and in the room. It's located some 8-10 minutes on foot from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. From some rooms, you get a view over the Danube, and you can easily reach the promenade for a leisurely stroll or to enjoy the sunset.

If you're unlucky, your neighbours in the next room might be loud and you would hear them talk on the phone and laugh well into the night.

Nice interior, good location.

The room was not ready upon our arrival, in the late evening we discovered that there’s only one single blanket, even though the room was booked for two.

Pleasant

Check in was simple and the staff were friendly enough. Location is good and breakfast was as expected.

Everything was as expected from the photos. Don't imagine that there is much better accommodation in this town at this price.

Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful, we had an apartment that looked amazing. All the facilities were great. Even if we stayed there in the New Year even and there was a party in the hotel, we had no problems with music or noise. Great place

Hotel had a good location. It was central and near to Danube River. Room was good. Personell was good.

Very poor and cheap hotel, definitely doesn't deserve its 4*

Good breakfast, good location, friendly staff.

The rooms look very cheap, the furniture is old, the bathrooms look like there hasn't been any renewal there in the past 30 years. Not only there isn't any soundproofing as they state on the website, but the walls are so thin that one can literally understand what their neighbours talk in the other rooms. I wouldn't recommend a stay longer than one night here.
