Really friendly helpful staff, beautiful room and facilities (clean and warm and cosy). Food was beautiful and not a long wait with a lovely restaurant and breakfast room. Will definitely visit again.
There is nothing that could have been improved.

The place was spotless, very fresh smelling at all times, the room was big, bright, excellent shower, very quiet as on the main St Austell road, breakfast perfect, and varied choice, restaurant had a meal every evening the food was varied and superb, restaurant very popular with the locals, worth reserving a table, in the evening. the staff were really friendly, could not fault the place and would go again, ample parking
Nothing to dislike, just a perfect place and independently ran
