It was super close to the main train station and the cathedral. The room was equipped with ear plugs which helped if the road noise was too loud.

Location was good, close to train station although to be fair, most places are within comfortable walking distance.
Depending on the room location, the church bells peel regularly and loudly 6-8 am! And the Internet was a bit iffy.

Carry bags up 2 flights of stairs - no lifts
Shower/toilet area tiny - shower floor very slippery
We stayed in room 21 - WiFi almost non-existent. We were given a hotspot to join that is off 85-90% of the time.
Street noise keeps you awake at night - worse on weekends as there is Kareoke in the below bars that carries out onto the street. The hotel even provides ear plugs next to the bed so you can try sleep. Music ends around 2am with bar/party patrons still making noise till after 4am. I stayed in the hotel - maybe the apartments are different but I would not recommend this hotel.
