It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast had several nice options to choose from. The value was absolutely exceptional.

The hotel was close to the Dom in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was large with a walk in wardrobe and seating area. The wifi was good and the staff were helpful. There was always meat, cheese and fruit at breakfast to suit continental clients
This was more like a room in a conference centre than a hotel stay. No atmosphere, and no lobby area with a bar or cafe. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there was only one small bottle of water with one glass in the room on arrival despite the booking being for 2. There was no bar in the hotel or restaurant after 8pm. The rooms were not cleaned unless requested, so rubbish was not disposed off, towels were not changed or the tissues or water replenished. The hairdryer did not work, a half used body lotion was left instead of a new bottle. The tv only had german channels available. There was not always pastries, sausage, bacon or scrambled egg available at breakfast. Despite breakfast being on until 10am, things were not always replenished. Tables were not always available as they hadn't been cleaned. Not many options around the area for restaurants and bars. The nearest was a smoke house bbq restaurant in the lindner hotel or a takeaway pizza place. It felt more like a rented room than a hotel stay.
