Great location staff was very friendly and helpful
We had to sleep with the windows open, and there was so much noise outside from the homeless people and it was tough to get some sleep. Other than that it was great.

Its main virtue is it's so near the station. I arrived late after a long day travelling and I was inside in minutes. Staff nice and friendly
It's also right on top of the bus station and a road junction. So, unavoidably, it wasn’t very quiet. But you can't have everything!

Central location, close to the Hauptbahnhof and areas of interested such as the Dom Cathedral, de old city, the river Rhine and the fish market. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good.
Given the closeness to the railway station the rooms are not noise free. Despite the double glass, the trains can be heard very regularly. We got used to it very fast, and had no problem sleeping, but this might not work for everybody.

The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who were very kind throughout my stay. However, unfortunately, the overall condition of the establishment does not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel.
The bathroom was very dirty. I specifically asked for it to be cleaned properly, but unfortunately the situation did not improve. There was also a very unpleasant smell. The towels were old and very worn out.
I was also expecting a minibar with a small fridge, but there was none.
