We had such a lovely stay in Cologne! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a great visit. The location was absolutely fantastic and made it easy for us to explore the city and get around.
The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Cologne was such a beautiful city to visit, and this accommodation was the perfect base for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne!

The hotel was very nice
The location is good but you have to walk a lot with luggage in stone streets
And alarm was sounding in the middle of the night every hour in my room I had to go to the lobby every time cause there is no phone in the room

Location. River Rhine outside and short walk into the town.
Booked a compact room which was awful really. It should not be sold as a room with a possibility of 2 people. It should be sold as a single room.
Shower door did not close properly and water leaked all over floor.
When we pulled back the sheets they had obviously not been changed.
While technically a 'city view', a view of a dirty modern apartment building very close to the window and a restricted view of St Martins Church wasn't that pleasing!
