Comfortable and quiet apartment in a great location.

The apartment was clean and very quiet. It was also in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the duomo.

There was nothing to dislike.

Well- located and appointed studio apartment in the center of Orvieto.

The owner came out, late at night, to meet us because it was difficult for us to find the parking lot and we were exhausted from traveling. She couldn’t have been nicer. The property was well located, steps away from the Cathedral. The place was clean, quiet and well furnished.

We can’t think of any improvements.

Charm and Elegance

This charming accommodation was clean, well situated, and stocked with all necessary kitchen items. The host and property manager were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend accommodation!

Exceptional

Location was outstanding. Bed comfortable, living area open and inviting, quiet apartment with a partial view of the Duomo. Communal laundry not an issue and glad to be able to wash clothes.

This apartment and host were spot on! Everything was wonderful and we would highly recommend.

This apartment was very well furnished, comfortable, quiet and very close to everything you want to see. The bed was very comfortable and the views were beautiful. We really appreciate being able to use the washing machine after 1.5 weeks of travel.

Exceptional

First stayed here in 2019 and liked it so much that it was the only place we considered when we returned for a short stay in August '22. Everything you need is here, and the apartment is just a few steps from the remarkably beautiful Duomo (which you can see from the living area and bathroom). Two large bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge - very welcome after a long journey on a hot day!

Orvieto is a gem, and this is a perfect place to stay to appreciate the history and feel of this gorgeous old hilltop ci

The apartment is wonderfully located, just steps down an old, picturesque vicolo — a small paved walkway — from the breath-taking Duomo. While the apartment is located in one of Orvieto’s charming old buildings, inside it was spacious, with modern furnishings, and everything I needed was provided. Valerie and her people were wonderfully responsive any time I had a question about the property and also tried to help me arrange a day trip on my own. Orvieto is a gorgeous little hilltop city, one of my favorites in Italy. It is full of discoveries as you walk along the ancient small streets, offering gorgeous views of the city’s old walls and the beautiful landscape below. One hint: take the Linea C bus for the entire route around the city, up and down the tiny city streets. It is more thrilling than a ride at Disneyland!

These do not qualify as ‘dislikes,’ but are things to know ahead: You can clearly hear conversations of people walking or working outside while you are in the apartment because sound bounces off the historic exterior stone walls and walkways. Also, inside the apartment there are four small steps between the bedroom and the bathroom, in case you have any mobility concerns.

Enjoyed the apartment very much.

Nice location, very responsive owners! Shower was big and had good water pressure. Strong WiFi signal and Netflix.

Kitchen had separate water for drinking. Not all water could be consumed. it should be noted it is up 15-20 steep stairs

Fabulous location, lovely host, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed....superb value for money.

We had a lovely stay in Orvieto. Our host was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The apartment is very well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the location is perfect and it was spotlessly clean. It represents superb value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great value for money! Definitely recommend!

Valerie was so nice and attentive. She sent us all the diections and getting the key was very easy (she left it on a safe and gave us the password, since we arrived a bit late in the evening).

The only thing I think it could be improved was the mattress of the bed. It was too soft (bad for us who have back issues). Apart from that, everything was exceptional! We definately recommend the property.

I highly recommend this place!

Great place, very clean and well equipped appartement. Just at the main square with Cathedral and in perfect location to explore the city. Very nice hosts who welcomed us at arrival! Parking next to main square was a huge benefit!

Just BOOK This Plac e!

The location was perfect! Bed comfortable, great pillows and shower. New and decorated beautifully.

The only thing was we could've used printed directions for the coffeemaker as ours in the USA are different and an interior light upon entering the apartment building as it was very dark. But the place was amazing!

A great place to stay at

The location is fabulous, in the very heart of one of Italy's treasure cities. great place for visitng the city and taking ashort walk through the center even after dinner, with a view from the window upon the city's dom.
