The price, the kitchenette, very friendly staff.
Big and hard pillows, smell of sewage in the bathroom and smoke coming from the outside, a hungry cat roaming the facility.

The willingness of the staff to help with early check in when I explained the reasons. Green set is very quiet and lovely. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable.

Very pleasant host and a big bathroom.
The apartment smells like cigarette smoke, you have to get used to it, also I don't recommend using the massage option in the bath.
