The check in staff were very accommodating as we arrived early. The room was beautifully restored and the gardens gorgeous.
We tried to have dinner at the buffet and arrived just before 7 but the buffet was not ready. No one engaged with us to assist and we left at 8pm without eating despite approaching staff to ask.

Its clean and quite green ! You can hear the river nearby
Compared to serena Hunza it was lacking in alot of aspects! Paid more but got less. No mini fridge or complementary services. I donot recommend it for the price point.
