Breakfast was adequate. A few mins from the airport and easy to travel to all locations.
Our rooms were upgraded to Executive rooms, huge rooms and Bathrooms were luxury! Definitely would stay here again!

Location and garden view
Very hard stone floor not suitable for kids. No swimming pool, no playing area etc.

This was the first of two stays I recently had in this hotel.
The quality of the food in the restaurant is very good. I enjoy my evening meals there.
The hotel is very close to Skardu Airport and offers complimentary rides to and from it.
The staff are polite and helpful.
The hotel is clean and the grounds are very pleasant.
The shower is not enclosed, so water goes all over the bathroom, including over the radiator.
The rooms should be soundproofed - I heard a lot of noise from the courtyard during the night.
Wi-Fi was quite unreliable.
No coffee at breakfast.
On my second night, there was no room for me in the restaurant as there was a large group. I was seated in the lobby area where the tables were far too low for eating. Eventually when the staff noticed me sitting on the floor to eat, they brought me a proper dining table and chair.
The hotel overcharged me when checking out. I was charged additionally for breakfast even though it was included in the rate. I didn't notice this until after I left. However, I advised reception of this error during my second stay, and they refunded me.
The hotel has a lot of potential but I would say is not currently 4-star standard and does not live up to the PC name.
