Great location on Rua Augusta and 2 min walk from the metro. The two-bed apartment I stayed in was on the fifth floor and there isn't a lift, so fair warning if you have heavy suitcases, but it was fine with a backpack and frankly just good practice for the Lisbon hills. Comfortable bed, clean shower with good water pressure, clean kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, kettle and amenities you'd hope for. Nice touch of pastel de nata on arrival. Slim but functional little balcony with 2 seats. Would definitely stay again.
I've not scored down for this because the information is available on booking, but the late check in fee (after 6pm) of €30 is a kick in the teeth when flight delays are out of your control.

Superb location, wonderful staff, very very comfortable beds and apartment. In the thick of things but very peaceful and quiet due to good isolation

The apartment itself was comfortable and was in a good location
What I was paying was not worth a six-floor walk-up. Beware "balcony" means walking up six flights. My 70-year old mother had to go up and down the stairs multiple times each day.
There are also street performers that are loud until past 10pm.
Air conditioning was also broken in one room
