Brilliant place to stay with the perfect view. Would be great to stay again. Thankfull to stay at such a great property.

Perfect stay in Nice

The location is a fantastic one! From the balcony you can see Promenades des Anglais and the beach. The apartment has all nedeed facilities. We wish to come back sometime.

Fabulous location and host - highly recommend

The apartment is tiny (like most apartments along the Promenade I would guess) but has everything you could need. The kitchen was very well catered for and even had scissors - an often needed thing for travelers who cannot take scissors with them. The location is fantastic, right on the Promenade - easy access to everything. Philippe’s communication was incredible - he was amazing to deal with. I had had an accident at Paris Orly Airport and sprained my knee and Philippe helped us get in to see his own doctor. He was and is a lovely man and we could not recommend his place highly enough.

The one downside of such a small apartment is space. The beds are all pullout from the wall (surprisingly comfortable beds) with the main bed in the lounge and the single beds (like bunks) in the hallway. All good until you want to go to the bathroom in the night and then it’s a bit of an exercise to get through and past the bed to go to the toilet. A small thing. The apartment would therefore be better for couples or families where the parents have good bladders!

A comfortable apartment that had all we needed with the exception of parking

Philip met us at the apartment and was a good host informing us everything we needed to know

Philip informed us that he did not now have secure parking so I had to park in the nearest car park which was quite a walk away

the location was perfect , it was a very nice room and perfect to come back to once you’ve had a long day . 20 meters from the beach and only a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride into the main part of the beach shops

Nice get away loication.

Great view and location to the action. The apartment is small but had everything you need for a short stay. The host was outstanding even after we showed up an hour late due to heavy traffic and road construction on the roads.

The Murphy bed was interesting if you had to sleep on the inside but nothing much to complain about. As you might expect being on the main road the vehicle noise was present until after midnight but we got use to it the second night.

perfect in every way!!!

The location is perfect. The View is magnificent. You could just sit on the balcony and stare at the Mediterranean Sea from morning till night. The easiest access to both the train and the bus. The apartment was appointed perfectly with everything you could want or need. restaurants and shopping within minutes. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to the beautiful city of Nice France.

Little gem

It is a fantastic location and the apartment, although small, is very well equipped and nicely decorated. Philippe is very nice and available if you need him.

The balcony only fits 2 so for 3 people it is a bit of a squeeze.

great cozy place in a phenomenal location

The whole place was very well thought through. it felt more spacious because of it. beds and ac were great. location was amazing, just walk across the street for a swim. Philippe was a fantastic host as well, was there to meet us, walked us through the apartment, had a bottle of wine in the fridge and was available for questions. great stay

it was tight for a family of 4, and we knew it would be, but manageable based on all the thinking that went into it. would stay there again for sure.

This place is great and I definitely recommend it!!!!

The location couldn’t have been better. Right on the promenade with an amazing view but still quiet inside. There was a great beach club just up the block which made it even better. The place is super comfortable and feels like home. The host Philippe is super nice, always responsive and very helpful.

Nothing everything was perfect (maybe just a corner shelf in the shower for storage).

Accommodation excellent,location excellant,balcony overlooking the promenade and sea excellent. Apartment everything you would need to make for a brilliant stay. Will definitely return and would recommend it to fa.ily and friends.

Clean, great view in older apartment building.

The property was very clean and Philips gracious.

There was a confusion on my part; the view was quite beautiful but the location was on the edge of residential and not as close to shops as we hoped. When I booked, the room said 4 adults but it was changed after we were shocked to see how tiny the room was for 4 adults. Two adults could be quite comfortable especially if they have good mobility as we did not have. We made the best of the cramped conditions and 3 of the 4 of us loved walking along the sea walk. The restroom and kitchen had been updated and was adequate for the stay. again, more comfortable for 2 adults.

We head a very nice break in this well equipped apartment and particularly enjoyed having a sea view

Our host Philippe was great and gave us a lovely welcome on arrival. He was waiting for us outside when we arrived, having kept in touch by text. We loved the location right on the Promenade des Anglais. We've been to Nice several times before, and always wished for a sea view, but it's too expensive to stay in a hotel room here and get a sea view. So, this was an excellent compromise. It was a good spot for people watching, always plenty to see. It was lovely having a balcony, even if we didn't sit out there, just having the doors open was very nice.

Superb apartment and location

Phillipe is the best host we've ever had. He met us at the apartment, showed how everything worked and gave great info about the area. He even left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the refrigerator -- a small gesture but one that conveys a real sense of welcome. The toiletries he provided were excellent. I just hope we're able to stay with Phillipe again. We highly recommend this apt

Great place to stay

Woke up every day with a great view, close to everything such as food restaurants, shops, the sea and the wonderful promenade. Philippe who received us was very hospitable and lovely! Thanks for everything

the only thing i missed was one or two hooks to hang the towels on in the bathroom, otherwise everything else was perfect.
