The hotel was absolutely wonderful! It’s a small, intimate hotel with only a few rooms, which makes the service feel very personal. You can really tell that the staff genuinely care and make an effort to ensure that you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.
We arrived a little earlier than expected, and I had messaged them the day before to let them know our approximate arrival time. When we got there, our room was already ready for us, which we really appreciated.
One of the best things was their recommendation book with places to eat and things to see in the area. If you stay here, definitely follow their recommendations! The restaurants they suggested ended up being some of the best meals we had during our entire trip.
The room itself was cozy, very clean and comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water, and the location is perfect , right in the center, so you can easily walk almost everywhere.
I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. It has been our best hotel experience in Italy so far!

The hospitality was great by Marcos and Elisa. The room was very clean and the Location was phenomenal right downstairs you have all the restaurants available.The train station is 5 minutes walk. I stay in the room with balcony and was a wonderful experience.

Loved the location, how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was!! Marco was amazing and very attentive. Definitely recommend if coming to La Spezia or if you want to see Cinque Terre. Will definitely come back!
