Location

With 2 queen beds the room was pretty small. We reserved a king bed but arrived 15 minutes before check in time. We were given the standard excuse and accepted the queen beds. My bad!!

It was a great experience.

It was our first time staying at this location and we loved it, It was clean ,staff was great, and breakfast was delicious.. We will for sure stay again.

Lousy staff! Not even a hello or welcome...

We did not take it

It was so sad to see that none of the staff members were actually interested in helping us. We did not get any fresh towels nor hangers until the fourth night, and only because we practically begged for them. The room was never done during our whole stay of five nights even though we requested it every morning. The manager never contacted us but our room number was taken every morning with the "we're sorry" and "we understand" and the promise of getting what we needed... One sure thing, never coming back. A lot of brand new and clean hotels in the area so we switched to a different one (Ayres) and we were so happy to stayed there!

Loved my stay looking forward to my future stay I will definitely recommend this location.

Excellent water pressure, hot water, quiet, perfect bed, nice staff, great coffee and breakfast, beautiful big shower.

There was nothing I didn’t like, it is perfect.

Were not coming back to this hotel.

Breakfast is okay and not much have selections on it.

stuff have poor communication and the room was not clean when my friend and I are arrived, and there's a cockroach wandering around in the bathroom. and room was smells cigarette, the bed was not clean and there's stain and hairs, so my friend and I was used the towel to covered the stain and the hairs that was been in the bedsheet, the swimming pool was dirty and jacuzzi was not working and dirty also, and when we were called to the front desk to requested for extra shampoo and conditioner, and water. but no one will pick up the phone on my our first day, and then we've checkout at 10a.m. with no receipt provided.
