The location, quality of the room/amenities were great. Very close to the port as well as great restaurants.
We had an awful check in experience. I had booked two rooms, of which both had issues with the front doors. the key pad on one door malfunctioned and didn’t work and the code were given for the other door was wrong. So we were left stranded with no way entering the apartments. The only way to contact the apartment was via landline instead of whatsapp I had to pay extra for that and then when I eventually got through, their advice was to just wait for their response which was via the messenger portal on booking.com, but that response took a while and we’re still stranded. There was no offer of compensation or compromise.
