Great location, very helpful staff. We were there during a typhoon and they ensured we felt safe and comfortable on the day we were stuck in the hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Super nice bedlinen and pyjamas, and great breakfast. The extra service, such as offering a bottle of water after exercising, was much appreciated. Nice pool and onsen as well to unwind in after a hot and busy day.
Actually nothing really - except that the pool could have stayed open longer in the evening as it was really nice!

Room was spacious and comfortable.
The pool closes quite early (by 6pm) so we weren’t able to use it in the evening.
