Location. Close to a monorail station, restaurants and shops

Clean, cosy room. Very comfortable for a solo traveller in the compact room. Might be a squeeze for 2. Bed and duvet was comfortable. Public bath was clean and just the right temperature for me. Konbini just downstairs the hotel and a small mall across the road!
Location was a little further to the main Kokusai shopping street. Pillow could have been a little fluffier, one was almost not existent when lie on.

The location was great. Comfortable bed & clean.
The laundry facilities. Unfortunately some people selfishly left their washing for way longer than the time slot. More machines & dryers would be good for a hotel with 12 floors. Two washers & driers aren’t enough.

Hotel location is good.
Near to Monorail station which is convenient for travelling around the city.
Near to the main shopping district in Naha.
Hotel room a bit too small.
After putting the luggage no place to walk.
Lighting a bit on the dim side would be better if it is slightly brighter.
