The property and our room were exceptionally clean. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful when needed. They are also ready and prepared for those of us that only speak English. The Don Quixote store being on the property and easily accessible from the elevator was a huge plus. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a clothing iron in the rooms. If you already do that is fantastic, but our room did not have one.
The property isn’t really located within close proximity to the tourist areas. This is both good as well as bad. It was nice because the area isn’t crowded but having to pay for a taxi or uber can get expensive very quickly. Our only saving grace was that we came to visit our daughter who is stationed in Okinawa and she was able to drive us around site seeing and visiting all the places we wanted to visit.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. The shampoo smell heavenly! Close proximity to don don donki helped too!
We had to climb into the bath rub to shower. Would prefer a standing shower.

Location is okay, 5 mins from Monorail, 20 mins from center and main shopping street (Kokusai dori). There is a nice spacious lounge with free coffee and tea in the entrance hall. A Don Quijote store is right next to the hotel for shopping food and souvenirs.
My room had a terrible strong damp and moist smell. It was annoying to have that smell hit your face everytime you enter the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep with that smell and after one night my clothes started picking up the smell. I asked for another room and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful with my request, they gave me another room.
