Nice room. Nice reception staff
Hotel was undergoing renovations so noisy in the day time. One day I wanted to sleep in and was disturbed and asked multiple times by staff to clean my room. This was reported by staff to reception. When the sign says do not disturb please let me sleep. Breakfast times were confusing and although arriving with 30 minutes to go I was told to hurry up and things were being cleared away around me presumably to be disposed of. Lots of good breakfast options but no one bothered to explain them to me despite staff outnumbering guests. I felt like I was a bit of a nuisance but I heard other guests complain.
