早くチェックインしないと、眺望が悪くなる。

スタッフの接客姿勢の良さと、施設や設備の清潔感。

ホテル2Fからゆいレールへ繋がっており、雨に濡れず移動可能 (国際通りまで3駅で便利) 朝食バイキングのメニューが豊富チェックアウト後も(1泊¥1500で)、pm空港へ向かうまでレンタカ-を預かってもらえた(駐車できた) 14Fフロントで、ウェルカムドリンクサービス(シ-クワ-サ-J.)にほっと

国際通りまでの行き方を尋ねると、徒歩で楽に行けそうなアナウンスだったが、40分歩いても辿りつけず、タクシーとなった。

Superb

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. The menu varies from day-to-day, so you never get bored of the food.

They don't have coin laundry service, which is inconvenient if you stay longer at this hotel.

Love its location and convenience to travel with Yurimonorail. The quality of service and its breakfast buffet are very competitive, so this is my third time staying with Rihga Royal.

Elegant Relaxation

I loved my stay here. I had a layover and chose the hotel because it was within a 10min cab ride. I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel. The entire hotel from the entrance, lobby, and rooms are very elegant. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great as it had a deep bath and shower with a bench. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Okinawa.

I was confused with how to get to the lobby but thankfully there was help inside the entrance. You enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 14th floor check in.

Great hospitality and facilities for the price we paid!

Clean and good access to the “Yui-rail” The staff were really nice too. Loved the amenities they provided at the 14th floor! There’s literally everything you need!

They take ¥1500 per night to use the car park. It might be cheap compared to using other car parks but it would’ve been better if it was for free, as I think there are a lot of people using cars as their way to go around Okinawa. Other than that, it was all good!

excellent location: 1 min walk from the monorail station, 1 stop from the central of city, avoid extra crowd comfort room: decent and sizable (compare to rooms in naha)

An opinion: the sofa in room 814 can be moved next to the window or bathroom, for better view when sitting and relaxing in the sofa. Interesting everytime to the rooms, must reach 14 floor and then change life back to the rooms.

Great stay. I love the aesthetic of the room. It feels luxurious and they thought of tiny details.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. They put a lot of effort into presenting the dishes and taste. They had made everything so delectable looking and they were very responsive to guests need.

I wish they have a pool and a gym.

Extremely clean, spacious room and bathroom with very comfortable beds. Good view and wonderful breakfast.

Considering the hotel didn’t have swimming pool, Onsen, gym or any other major facilities, it was quite overpriced compared to other hotels.

Chosing lunch for an extra charge was very nice and fit our schedule.

I paid 22,318 yen ($200 USD) for a view of astro-turf and a wall.

Dining 19 - their fine dining restaurant was amazing! We ordered the top Chef Special full course dinner at 10,000 yen per person and it was worth it. It was a two hour eating excursion that allowed me to try various new things for the first time like caviar and truffles. The foie gras, lobster tail, and wagyu beef was excellent! The food here is top notch. I can't say the same about getting a city view room. DO NOT get a city view room because you might end up getting a view of astro-turf and a wall.

Just look at the attached pictures. It's the "city view" we received for 22,318 yen per night ($200 usd). DO NOT get a "city view" room, you might end up looking at astro-turf and a big wall. My Chatan apartment, where I live, has a better view!!!
