The location was great, the neighbourhood was lovely - there's a park nearby as well as nice cafes. It was good to have a working kitchen and an iron + a Billa 2 mins away. The entrance to the rooms was beautiful, the room itself was clean, there was a smart tv and it had most of the amenities you would need for a short stay including towels, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, plenty of storage, even a washing machine.
The biggest issue for us was the fact that every morning at 8 AM sharp we would hear (being in a room on the ground floor) a VERY loud banging noise coming from the corridor. At first we thought it was large suitcases being dragged down the stairs but after closer inspection we believe it was probably bins being taken out by the staff. It was quite unpleasant to wake up like this every day and we hope this issue gets addressed. Perhaps taking the bins out at 10AM or adding a rail on the staircase so it's easier for the staff.
On a separate note the kettle had the wrong plug type for the socket.

- location was good and safe
- bathroom very clean, towels ready, and private
- kitchen was super nice and had everything you needed
- bed was comfy and large
- loved the view
- very spacious and minimalist
- room temperature was set permanently so sometimes i felt cold/hot but overall i wouldn’t say it was unbearable
- the neighbors or someone close had quite loud music on late at night though it dindnt really affect me

The location is good near Letna view point
The cleaning of the apartment was not ok, towels a little bit dirty, and there were plates on the washing machine dirty has well.
