Great location. Close to the center but in a quiet side street. You really get a nice vibe of the city. I had the terrace apartment and sitting up there in the evening was great. Apartment had all the needed amenities. It had AC, though we were there in a very pleasant period in the summer.
It's in an old building. Not only there isn't an elevator, but the stairs are wooden and a little uneven. The stairs up to the terrace are quite steep. Not suitable for people with physical impairments. The layout is a little strange there is the living room, bedroom, and through the bed room you access another room. I would describe it as a very large walk in closet or extremely claustrophobic bedroom. Someone could technically sleep there, but I would rather not. Bedding was clean but I would have liked it to be of better quality.

The balcony on the roof is very nice, comfortable chairs, great views - just as promised. The apartment is light, with good windows and has decent facilities. There's plenty of room and the bedrooms are cozy.
The apartment is run down, paint is scuffed, countertops peeling, broken tiles, large uncovered duct in the living room, the courtyard leading to the roof has an odor of sewage, so you cannot open the bathroom window. It is a third floor walkup, no elevator and this should be stated more prominently. In short, the maintenance is minimal and old. This would be a very nice apartment if well renovated. Also the host who let us in was not particularly nice.
