All of the staff here are excellent people. Very friendly and very kind. They are great to work with. Byron is amazing to deal with. The breakfast was delicious, nutritious, and well prepared. Our rooms were all clean and in good order. The air conditioners all work very well and are in good working order. Beds were comfortable.
Nothing. I have no complaints about this facility. I have stayed here many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I will return in the future when staying in Jinotepe.

The hotel is very quaint and it held true to its cultural decor. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again.

there was no manager or reception, the only person there was the housekeeper and just said they were full, doesn’t matter if I have a reservation, and did not help getting a hold of the manager to make sure there wasn’t an opening for me, or check nearby properties to help me find lodging. We had to go out during a rain storm to find the nearest hotel with room for me.
