About this house rental
Located in Village of Oak Creek, this charming house for $165 per night is a great option for your next break. Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We purchased this townhome in August of 2014. We also own the townhome right next door so we now have two units connected to each other! So, if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars. As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona! Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Recently renovated and nearly everything inside is brand new. My wife normally books all of our trips but she's back in school and asked me to take care of the lodging for our Sedona trip. Well, I think I have a new job because my wife said I did so good in choosing this spot that I'm in charge of all of our future travel plans!
This townhome exceeded all of our expectations and it was even nicer in person than portrayed in the photos. The location couldn't have been any more convenient. We loved the fact that we were within walking distances to Bell Rock, shopping, dining, etc. The beds were perfect for all in our trip. My wife also mentioned that this was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at, and I must say I agree with her 100%. The guest handbook left out for us by Phil and Ollie was also a big help. We used their recommendations for hiking, restaurants and even for the grocery store located right around the corner! This home was perfect, we have no complaints at all. Thanks phil and ollie!

Our family of five LOVED the location of this well appointed townhome. As the description stated, it's located in Sedona but not in the touristy part where the traffic can get really bad. We enjoyed the peacefullness of the location and walked to Bell Rock! My husband liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants at night so that he could enjoy a cocktail and not have to worry about being the designated driver like he is back home! The condo was also very, very clean which is extremely important to me. All in all it was a perfect stay and we will book here again on our next trip to Sedona.

My entire family is in love with Sedona and this townhome. Phil was super easy to deal with and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions about buying our own place in Sedona. He was so helpful and kind and I really appreciate the time he took with me. As for the condo, we all loved it! It was in the perfect part of Sedona where we could walk to trails, restaurants and shops but not have to deal with the crowds in Uptown (or is it downtown?) Sedona. The condo was clean and spotless, beds were really comfortable and the kitchen & living room were much larger and nicer than we imagined. It was just a great stay and I can't stop thinking about going back. Thank you Phil for an amazing experience in Sedona!

I rented two identical units from Phil and Olly for our annual golf trip (thus the identical reviews). We usually go to Phoenix for golf and spring training baseball, but decided to change it up this year and head to Red Rock Country for a little hiking to go along with our time on the links. By renting two of these condo/townhouse units, with two guys per unit, we each had a private bedroom/bathroom combination, which was ideal.
The two units are practically identical, right down to the decor. Plenty of living space, well-stocked kitchens, nice size bedrooms and a very good outdoor space. A nice bonus was that these two units have connecting back patio areas, and we made use of both.
The units were very clean and very well stocked. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything that we could need. Plenty of towels and paper products. The wifi worked exceptionally well.
Great location as we were within a very short drive to both Oakcreek Country Club and Sedona Golf Resort (both are great tracks; highly recommended) and several great restaurants (shoot, we were within walking distance to some).
Check-in and check-out were a breeze. For check-out, we just had to pack-up, turn off the lights and lock the doors; the cleaning fee covered all the clean-up activities.
Overall, we had a great time hiking and playing golf in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. These two condos made for the perfect base for the trip. We’re already planning our return trip to Sedona and hope to stay

For future guests- Propane on gas grill by patio was left turned on. Smell just awful. We turned it off.

My son and I came down for Spring Break and my daughter joined us from NAU. While the traffic going into Sedona was a bit nuts, we were happy to be in the outskirts. Oak Creek had plenty of amenities and hiking. We would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely place and the host was quick and helpful in all communication. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities as we had been camping for a few weeks. We did a few hikes in the immediate area and also some North and West of Sedona. Be aware that it can take a while to drive to Sedona when the traffic backs up. We loved that Native American photos in the unit. And while being on the main street in Oak Creek was convenient, we did not realize this place was, in fact, on the main street. We were looking for something quieter. However, the back deck area is quiet and very lovely.

We loved the location of the property. It was super convenient to access all that Sedona has to offer from the townhouse. It had all the kitchen items we could ever need or want. We loved the ease of parking. The owner's recommendation for breakfast by the creek was our favorite meal. I can't remember the name of the resort but it was a beautiful morning and meal.

Great location! The house its self was great. The beds were comfy, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. We bought groceries and cooked and grilled a few times. The kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again on our next adventure to Sedona.

This is our second time staying at Phil and Ollie's place and we loved it more this time than we did the first! The location is primo, you're surrounded by Bell Rock and loads of other red rock formations, but far enough away from downtown so you won't have to deal with all of that traffic. We walked from the townhome to Bell Rock and had a fantastic hike, Bell Rock is our favorite trail in Sedona. And being able to walk from the townhome was great because we didn't have to take our car and deal with trying to find a parking space at the trailhead. The unit is very large, WAY better than staying at a hotel. My wife's favorite part though is how clean it always is. We met the cleaner and his crew (Alex) and he was very nice and even pointed out some local restaurants to try.
This VRBO rental is the best we've had with the main points being the great location, the cleanliness and the ease in booking. Thank you Phil and Ollie for another great trip!!
