Location is really good. Communication with the company was also easy and efficient.

Everything else - terrible! If you book this place prepare for being right into the entrance of the building. I know this is the ground floor, but it is so close to the ground you feel like you are in an entrance of the building and not a separate apartment. The walls are completely not sound proof. The noises come inside from every direction that at some point I asked, “why does this apartment even have walls?” Also, the check-in time is 4pm. WHY? You might think because they need to take some time to clean the apartment, but you would be mistaken. The apartment was not clean at all! Maybe the sheets were new, yes, but the floors were so dirty, I don’t think they even swept it at all. Everything else in the apartment needs to be fixed - door, door handles and everything else that needs to be attached to walls was about to fall off. The apartment was falling apart piece by piece. I would say, there is nothing good about this apartment other than a location. So be prepared to feel the most uncomfortable you have ever felt in your life if you decide to stay here.

Quiet, peaceful, interesting sights and sound in the city to experience.

The manager came around to sort out a room mix up that happened. That I found good!

There was no free parking anywhere around and one has to pay for every 2 hours during the day.

Séjour agréable près de la Petite venise.

Emplacement près de la "petite Venise" accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Appartement au rdc dans une vieille maison mais bien organisé, gestionnaire contactée facilement et réactive. Nombreux restaurants autour. Parking ( payant) facile juste à coté.

Difficulté pour trouver la ruelle où se situe l'appartement cause gros travaux sur le ruelle. Un rideau roulant de la fenêtre sur deux était cassé obligeant à fermer le volet pour que les passants en voient pas l'intérieur .
