La localisation, le clame, la taille des chambres.
Le fait d’avoir plusieurs supermarchés directement à côté est très appréciable.
L’état assez ancien des installations (douche, équipement), l’absence de billard (alors que stipulé/présenté dans les photos officielles - apparemment cassé, mais l’emplacement qui est présenté sur les photos est le lobby avec un bar et des tables…)
Le manque d’étanchéité des fenêtres (la Clim refroidit difficilement du coup).
L’agencement spartiate de la cuisine (mais ça dépend évidemment de ce que on veut y faire).

Nice location, minutes to the beach and supermarket right across the street.
There are no amenities like soap or water. Music in the poolside bar goes on till midnight.
