Super Appartement mit toller Anbindung an die Öffis

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Es war eine Küche mit zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Die Lage ist optimal, da die S-Bahn direkt vor dem Gebäude hält. Das Deutsche Herzzentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Man hätte vielleicht darauf hinweisen sollen, dass das WC Papier selber zum mitnehmen ist ;) Das hat mich ein wenig verwundert...

Non tornerò

In sé le camere sono nuove quindi carine e spaziose

Prima cosa siamo arrivati ci dicono che la camera è pronta, consegnano la chiave arriviamo al piano ma la camera doveva ancora essere pulita quindi abbiamo aspettato fuori con la donna delle pulizie che in dieci minuti neanche ha pulito. Secondo, non vi cambiano gli asciugamani e non vi rassettano la stanza per soggiorni inferiori alla settimana, e lo trovo assurdo dato che HO SPESO BEN 380€ per due notti… dico che almeno gli asciugamani li cambi!! Terzo, scomodo al centro, metro lontana. Posizione non buona.

Great for family visit, some minot flows to fix but overall great experience.

Public transport stop in from of the building. Quiet great neibourghood with supermarket right in the building.

Everything was great except delivery truck unloading right in from of the windows at 6:30 in the morning. Access cards were very difficult to get since after code input there is nothing to indicate the locker is open, no sound, nothing, so we spent quite some time before realized we can open the door and get the keys. Also departure time at 11:00 is qiute inconveniets, should be 12:00 or better 13:00

Nice and cozy stay in Munich

The apartment is very close to Olympiapark and tram/bus stop is directly located in front of the building. Penny market in the same building is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped

Really good

Great location, a 10-15 min tramride from the main train station and the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was great and had everything we needed. It's clean and modern. A grocery store is right next to the building.

Don't stay here

Very small space. Bathroom smelt bad. Kitchen didn't have much to cook with. Kettle leaked everywhere. Internet very slow. Bed horrible. Long walk to metro. Building smelt bad.

Good experience staying at this place we will come back again.

The location is perfect !! we like to use public transportation, and train/bus is walking distance.There's a grocery store conveniently located next to the building. The room very comfortable and clean with a small complete kitchen. The staff very welcoming and kind.

Superb

Very modern and comfortable! Check in was very easy. Penny and the tram stop are right at the door step.

I had the room on the ground floor facing the parking behid the building so it was a bit noisy hearing people park and talk right outside the window.

Exceptional

Everything was very practical and easy to navigate. The check-in and check-out were very convenient. The room had a coffee maker, mini oven, kettle and cutlery, so it has everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a supermarket right in front of the building with very affordable products.

Our room was next to the parking lot which means it was s a bit more noisy in the mornings. The room was a bit warmer than what we expected, but since the temperatures outside were not that high, it was okay.

a good and affordable room , with great access to Munich and beyond.

comfortable, clean , suitably equipped. ideal as a location for good access to city and being able to travel further around Bravaria

I was aware before I booked that this accommodation did not have air conditioning- we had some very warm days and evenings and I was a little difficult to keep the room a comfortable temperature. the drain in shower need unblocking to stop the build up of water in the shower tray and out on to the bathroom floor.

Perfect room for a family. Good connection to the city.

The overall appearance of the rooms, bath and kitchen was very pleasant. The kitchen even has Weizenbier glasses! It looks like it has been recently renovated. Everything was clean and in its place.

We had difficulties getting our key from the lockbox as it would not unlock. We called the number given and were helped immediately. Very friendly colleague.

Good location close to tram, U and S Bahn. Shop underneath. Plenty of storage and safe useful.

Beds rock hard, and no Aircon. Fans provided were pretty useless. Meaning windows open, but a bit noisy due to location on top of fuel station and shops.

very uncomfortable and quite unpleasant.

Throughout our stay the housekeeping didn’t even provide the basics. They came in the first day and the last day. The kitchenette and rooms were not cleaned when we got the room. Garbage disposal plastics were not provided. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the fan in one room did not work. our requests were not attended to during our stay and we received a response only on the lat day after we had left. The management made it up by waiving off the parking charges of 8 Euros per night. That was a good gesture.

Perfect for simple business travel

Modern, clean, simple, right at the tram stop, 10-15 min to the city center, easy check-in, supermarket (Penny) downstairs, couple of cheap restaurants nearby. Contactless check-in at any time.

great place

very big for a single room! I really enjoyed my stay. close to bus and trams. all the amenities in the room including cupboards and safe box. utensils, coffee machine, kettle, fan I was even able to check in early. receptionist was helpful

remote was VERY dusty. shower was ok clean. noisy outside the window from an auto shop, not too bad I still slept good

should have paid a bit more and staid at a hotel…

Storage space in wardrobes. Newley refurbished bathroom.

The bed was so hard that neither me nor my partner could sleep at night. I even got back pain after 3rd night. Also the shower drain was blocked and all the room flooded on first day. When messaged host about the issues with sleep - no reaction.
