Location - Excellent. Metro less than 5 mins walk, bus right outside, great pub and a whole bunch of restaurants right outside as well and supermarket right across the road for any bits and bobs
Room - The room was comfortable, warm, bathroom water pressure was great and it was safe to come back at odd hours in the night
Breakfast - I thought it was just right though would've liked for there to be some cheese
The room cleanliness was not great - specifically in the bathroom. Even 'after cleaning' there was no visible difference to the overall state of the facilities although they took the trash out. A proper scrub in between guests would be appreciated.

Very convenient to get around, had everything we needed.
It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The floor was a bit gritty/dusty and the bed sheets had some strange stains.

Great location, sort of odd staff.. didn’t seem to know what a service dog was but finally was able to explain and show our papers.
Breakfast was disappointing with no source of protein
