We absolutely loved our stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is on another level when it comes to luxury and service. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, but it was the attention to detail that really made the stay special.
The Butler Service was fantastic, and we loved the daily treats and little touches that were delivered to our room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with an amazing selection and excellent service. Even small details, such as being offered a choice of hot or cold water at the table, demonstrated the level of thought that goes into the guest experience.
Everything felt luxurious, polished and special. This was one of the standout hotels of our trip and we absolutely loved it.
Very little. The location was slightly further from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC than we would ideally have liked, but that was down to our choice of location rather than a criticism of the hotel itself.

The shower broke down whilst we were there. It was quickly fixed but not to be expected at this hotel.
The EV charger was not working whilst we were there. We had specifically asked whether EV chargers were available and the hotel answered yes but nobody forgot to check whether it was actually working!
