All the services were very good and well received.
Food great, staff were exceptionally kind, caring and very helpful. They went the full mile to support the guest, teaching the language and ensuring our safety
A very clean environment that depicts the tradition of the country.
The long distance from the hotel to the main square. Perhaps an hotel shuttle could be considered for the guest to get to and from the city, even with a cost. Especially to enable the guest to enjoy the Moroccan night life.

It was clean, cozy and the staff was very dedicated. Moetez greeted us and made a nice tea, he was always there for us even later at night for any help.
Awesome breakfast and tea. Jamal helped us to plan our way trough the city and that was very kind of him.

Amazon place, cosy and nice, and the staff was beyond nice, to be honest wouldn’t mind going back to the same riad even though i like trying new things
Honestly for my short 2-day i didn’t really notice something troubling except maybe for the road to the riad which is a bit unusual but safe

Staff ( Jamal) was very helpful.
Somehow we missed some comfort in the room
But it was clean.
