Le propriétaire Abdou était très accueillant et prêt à tout pour nous rendre ce séjour agréable.
De plus nous avons appris énormément de choses sur le Maroc

Very nice authentic bold hole right in the centre of Riad. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Lovely roof top terrace and filling breakfast.
Maybe more savoury options at breakfast for those without a sweet tooth.

Excellent accueil. Bien placé en couleurs locales dans un quartier vivant et pittoresque. L'hôte est agréable et accomodant. Grâce à la construction traditionelle, les chambres restent à températures supportables pendant la journée. Salon en terrasse ombragée très agréable!

Fantastic location, friendly hosts, good hospitality. Cosy terrace.
My room was not available upon arrival (affecting many guests) despite booking and paying well in advance. Although this was resolved quite swiftly, I was allocated to a different room (economy) with no functioning hairdryer which had barely any storage space, and one functioning power socket. The reservation was cancelled by Booking.com, and I then had to pay the property directly for the room. Apparently it's my fault?
I felt overcharged. Upon speaking directly with the owner, I was accussed of being "impatient" who spoke limited English. I didn't think it was a very professional way to speak to your guests. Whilst I valued their hospitality and cooking, I felt quite uncomfortable by the constant shouting in Arabic in the background.
I'm quite an understanding person, but please direct your stress and frustration and fix the systemic problem.
I would've left a better review but I didn't really expect the gaslighting before my departure.
