Closeness to restaurants. The apartment was also well provided for in the aspect of cooking facilities.

The size of the apartment and price

The apartment was a great price and the beds were comfortable.
The check in process was terrible. I had to call to get the code (it was supposed to be emailed to me) after check in time becuase I hadn't heard anything. I also paid for parking but they didn't send the parking code so we were stuck in the driveway with cars behind us while on the phone to get it working. On the plus side - the customer service person on the phone was friendly and understanding.

The location was excellent, and the bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, the floors were dirty, the bedding was uncomfortable and had someone else’s hair on it. Parking was an additional cost, and the broken electronic check-in meant we couldn’t access the underground car park. We were advised to use street parking but weren’t told it was restricted to two hours, which made the situation even more frustrating.
