Good apartment and ideally located for us. Secure, clean and comfortable. Great facilities - everything you could possibly need with a few basics in kitchen too to get us going. Clean bathrooms and good showers.
Messaged me the day of arrival to let me know they needed a Australian mobile number to send details to for entry (outer and inner doors both operated with codes). As tourists we did not have an australian number and this was never mentioned in booking or earlier correspondence. In the end we got someone we know to call from an Australian number and they emailed the details for entry to them - why on earth they couldnt have emailed them to me I do not know. Not a major disaster just a faff when we could have done without it!

Fabulous ‘use a code’ check in. Clean, well furnished, well heated and cooled. Comfy beds with wonderful organisation beforehand regarding bedding set up. Good pub 100m down road, two great coffee shops within 20m…And the bonus, a rotating system so my car could be turned around to easily leave the secure underground parking-fabulous!!

Overall, pleasant stay with clean and tidy rooms, adequate space, and facilities were good. Location to town center was a good 20min walk but happy to that daily. Security and carparking was good. Car rotating platform in carpark was a treat for the kids.
A few maintenance things that would need to be done to improve the stay.
1. All the apps on the tv - netflix, disney, etc. did not work.
2. balcony door latch did not work and needed manual adjustment to work.
3. Foyer and staircase was slightly untidy.
4. Not specific to room but during the stay the wind was quite strong and all roof sheeting, louvers, flyscreens moved and were noisy which made sleep difficult. Without wind, street noise was also quite noticeable.
