Had to collect keys from entirely other location about 1km away. This was difficult to find at night at the rear of the block & not well sign posted. It was also locked @ 7pm & difficult to raise attention although the staff were very pleasant. Then had to drive 1km to the Nautilus. The actual apartment was very good & comfortable. Unfortunately there was no water when we woke up. Seemingly a council problem, but it made the experience difficult although staff were pleasant. We found collecting & returning the key to another location 1km away was inconvenient. Tis a shame as the apartment is very nice.
