The location was great, the space was clean and had almost everything we needed. The provision of a cot was very helpful and it fit in the room with the double bed 👍🏼
There was something like 14 champagne glasses provided but no coffee cups. Though tea and coffee was provided. More funny than anything but a little bit annoying as we drink a lot of tea 😅
Finding the place initially was not straightforward. The texts about how to find out went to my spam folder by default and I had to ring multiple times to find out where to go. Both finding the location and then finding the room itself was a little tricky. Maybe fine for one person but if you've got little kids in the car or in tow it's pretty annoying to be wandering around looking for your room. I think more signage (or more obvious signage?) could be helpful, as could more communication via email or something. There's no one on site, so they probably just need to be more deliberate about spelling things out to people (especially people who are pretty distracted by small children most of the time 😅) Great place once we settled in though

I found that the email sent should have been sent a day earlier as to read it and have a clearer understanding how to access the property. Thank goodness for your team being available on the phone & being very caring and understanding
I felt that one code for entry to the car park, into the building and apartment should have been one instead of 3 different codes.

The bed was comfortable and street access was easy. I called the office the next morning after arrival to mention that my room had not been properly cleaned. I also mentioned the rubbish bin that had not been emptied. They came aand completely cleaned the room ' very well this time ' BUT somehow did not see the rubbish bin in the cupboard. That contained someone else's rubbish. It was a large white bin. I mentioned it the next morning, BUT no one came to empty it ' this I did not like.
My apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly. bed was made, kitchen area was clean, BUT no one had vacuumed and the carpet was dirty. There was the remnant of an icy pole by the low window ledge. One bit, that no one seemed to know about, was in the cupboard near the gas meter in the kitchen and had not been emptied. It contained beer bottles, and other rubbish. The jug was put into the cupboard half full so water spilled out when I took it down. The lid had not been properly placed on the square rubbish bin, which had been emptied, so I positioned it myself. Finally, the split system heater did not function well on heat. I noticed there was a portable heater in the room. After a thorough cleaning of my room the next day, the cleaning staff did not seem to locate the large white bin in the cupboard. The bin that had other people's waste in it. I called again the next morning and asked someone to come and empty that bin, which I left in a prominent position in front of the cupboard. No one came. I gave up as I was leaving the next day.
