The quiet yet very handy location was ideal for my needs. The owner is very welcoming, and couldn't do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is truly excellent.
There was NOTHING that could have been improved upon. So in answer to this question, there is absolutely NOTHING that I didn't like about Ballacowell.

Room spacious enough for two, very clean with a big bathroom. Nice view of garden. Location excellent as attending a wedding in the area. Host was very friendly and free parking on site.
Breakfast was lovely with fresh farm eggs. Good choice on menu.
Also lovely view of garden and mountain behind from dining room.
Unfortunately left early on second day to catch ferry home so missed breakfast ☹️
Would stay here again if in the area.
A bit of road noise but not enough to disturb your sleep. (A light sleeper)

Comfortable well furnished quiet B&B with very hospitable owners. Great breakfast. Good position on main road to tour island. Off road parking. Worked exceptionally well for our 5 night stay.
Hot water took a while to come through but not really a problem.
