The property is right on the beach. And our room had a view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond for us. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and the staff helped me create a really special night for us. I really cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is: each and every person there. The beach is gorgeous and clean and amazing.
We went during the World Cup and honestly there was only one thing I didn't like: We had to leave the property to see any of the games. It was nice to go out into town to watch a game or two, but it would have been nice if the hotel had had a spot for us to watch them. This is probably the only thing I can complain about.

We really enjoy to feel at home, the nice and peaceful ambiance from the terrace in the morning enjoying breakfast, the private ferry access to arrive and leave the property was amazing experience too. The welcoming and genuine and kind service from the all staff, Elisabeth and Maria

Absolutely stunning little hotel, located directly the beach.
Our room was spacious with a little balcony and had everything you need for a short stay.
The hotel has a little beach bar, where you can relax, have cocktails, cold drinks or something to eat. We also chose to have our breakfast here early in the morning and had dinner a few times and the food was amazing!
The pool area in the main part of the hotel has a little whirlpool and a few sunbeds with umbrellas but we preferred the stunning beach and ocean.
What really sold us was the staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful, you could reach someone via WhatsApp chat and almost immediately get a response every single time.
We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

Very comfortable bed, room and shower good.
Great hot water and good air conditioning.
Nice beach and beach club. Good cocktails and the staff are nice.
The breakfast is not good for the price of the room.
Fruit / warm carton juice, americano coffee which wasn’t great. There is a hot menu but expect to pay around £20 extra per day for this. It’s way below the standard which you’d expect for this price.
The place lacks atmosphere.
There is no access to cold water to drink and there is no mini fridge in the room, it’s a good 20 min walk to town for a shop and taxis are very expensive and there is no bike hire at the premises.
There is construction everywhere in Holbox and some ongoing near the property. The road to and from town is kinda horrible, in part used for rubbish and construction.
